About Us

It's been 10 years since AbilityCRM started providing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions. Since then we have helped hundreds of companies in many markets throughout the United States improve their business.

During this time, we have maintained a firm focus on how CRM software can help our clients improve their sales, marketing, customer service, and support. We have also developed specific market knowledge and expertise in particular industry vertical markets.

AbilityCRM is proud of the active involvement of the principals, Mike Terry and James Marzola. They have over 50 years of combined experience with successful business ownership, technology implementation, and best practices for both ERP and CRM solutions.

As a result, when you choose AbilityCRM as your CRM partner, you can count on a team that understands accounting, project management, implementation methodology, systems integration, business ownership, business development, sales, marketing, and training. Our unique philosophy gives you an effective solution with clear results.

AbilityCRM has seen particular success in the manufacturing, finance and construction vertical markets over the few years. An important part of this success is due to understanding how to leverage the strength of our primary software partners, Microsoft and Sage SalesLogix.

Michael Terry leads the professional services team at Ability CRM. As the Senior Vice President, Professional Services, Mr. Terry brings experience from over 400 projects during the past 20 years at companies such as Ernst & Young, Clifton Gunderson, ePartners and Accounting Computer Technologies (bought by ePartners in 1999). Mr. Terry leads with a unique mix of executive, financial, project management, and developer skills. From his early assignments as a public accountant he gained insight into businesses and their processes, from managing a sales cycle to shipping product out the door. His strength now is in creating innovative ways to apply technology to practical solutions that provide the expected return on investment and add the competitive advantage required to compete successfully.

James Marzola serves as President and CEO of AbilityCRM. Mr. Marzola brings 27 years of sales, marketing and business development experience in helping companies build their sales and marketing teams to increase revenue. His background includes Executive and Senior Level positions in companies like start up SplitRock Systems (bought by McLeod USA) to publicly traded technology and consulting companies, MAXIMUS, Hypercom, Inc., 3Com Corporation and Hughes Aircraft, and the national value added reseller, ePartners.
