Job Description: AbilityCRM is seeking a CRM Consultant for its Professional Services Group, to be based out of our Scottsdale office. This is a growth position. The CRM Consultant will be trained on how to work throughout a project lifecycle, from presales to final delivery, including customer support, to validate that each solution is properly scoped, designed, implemented and tested to meet our client's business needs.
AbilityCRM is a CRM (customer relationship management) software and consulting firm that provides CRM software and services to companies throughout the United States. We help companies in the areas of planning and strategy, technology implementation, and systems optimization.
With a focus on CRM since 1998, AbilityCRM works with more than 100 organizations to help them increase their overall business growth by helping them improve their sales, marketing and customer service efficiency using CRM software.
As a CRM consultant with AbilityCRM, you will be an integral part of the Professional Services team. To be successful in this hands-on, client facing role, you will require a strong desire to build relationships as well as learn new technologies and develop new skills.

Primary responsibilities include all of the following:
Configuring and customizing CRM software
Documenting functional requirements
Data integration
Delivering training
Identifying and communicating project issues appropriately
Customer Support
Work with Sales and Project Management
What we require:
Ability to multi-task; work on multiple, overlapping projects
Strong oral and written communication skills
Attention to detail and superior organizational skills
Tact and cooperation in dealing with clients and staff members
Ability to maintain composure in stressful work situations
Self motivated with a willingness to learn
BS in computer science, related field, or equivalent years of experience
Microsoft .NET, Microsoft Windows Server, Visual Basic,
Windows Information Worker, or MCP a plus
